Return/Refund Policy
Before starting a return, we recommend getting assistance from our V-COLOR technical support team. Our technical specialists will assist you in finding solutions to your problem, saving your time and costs for unnecessary shipping.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To start a return, complete and submit the online RMA Request Form. If your return is accepted, we will send you an RMA number, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
1. Eligibility for Refund:
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Items sent back without an RMA number will not be accepted.
- Only items that have been purchased directly from v-color.net can be returned to V-COLOR. V-COLOR products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of insuring and shipping the returned product(s).
**Exceptions / non-returnable items**
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
2. Refund Process:
- Refunds for returned items will be processed within 5-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the condition of the returned item.
- To request a refund for other reasons, please contact our customer support team with your order details and reason for a refund. Once your request is received and approved, we will initiate the refund process.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
3. Order Cancellation Transaction Fee:
- Please note that any refund requested due to the buyer's own decision for order cancellation, such as ordering the wrong item or changing their mind, will be subject to a refund transaction fee.
- The refund transaction fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
- We highly recommend buyers double-check their orders before purchase to avoid incurring refund transaction fees.
