Before starting a return we recommend getting assistance from our V-COLOR technical support team. Our technical specialist will assist you to find solutions to your problem, saving your time and costs for unnecessary shipping.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To start a return, complete and submit the online RMA Request Form. If your return is accepted, we will send you a RMA number, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
IMPORTANT:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Items sent back without RMA number will not be accepted.
Only items that have been purchased directly from v-color.net can be returned to V-COLOR. V-COLOR products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
Customer is responsible for the cost of insuring and shipping the returned product(s).
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Refunds
After we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
