Designed for gamers who want a more accessible way into DDR5, each kit includes one active DDR5 memory module and one matching RGB Filler module. This gives users real DDR5 performance today while keeping the clean dual DIMM RGB look that many builders want in their systems.
Built for AMD Ryzen Gaming
The concept is especially well suited for AMD Ryzen gaming systems, including the widely recognized Ryzen 7 7800X3D as well as the high end processors such as the Ryzen 7 9850X3D. With AMD X3D architecture, single module DDR5 configurations remain a practical option for gaming focused users. This allows builders to start with one module now, lower their upfront cost, and upgrade later with a second memory module when needed.
Strong Performance with a Modern Platform
As reflected in recent gaming hardware coverage, single module DDR5 configurations paired with the AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D have shown more than 30% stronger gaming performance in certain scenarios compared with older DDR4 dual channel based gaming builds. This advantage comes from both the DDR5 platform and the Ryzen 7 7800X3D’s 96MB L3 cache, which helps keep more game data on chip and reduce dependence on memory traffic, while also supporting a more modern long term platform path. For gamers deciding between investing in an older memory standard or stepping into DDR5, the 1+1 concept creates a more flexible way to begin the transition without giving up the premium system look they want.
Flexible Upgrade on Demand
In response to the current DRAM market conditions, v-color introduces a more flexible upgrade-on-demand approach, allowing users to refresh and optimize their systems while maintaining better budget control. Two Manta DDR5 1+1 kits are introduced, both featuring DDR5 6400 MT/s specifications. The Manta DDR5 XSky is available in a 16GB configuration, while the Manta DDR5 XFinity comes in a 24GB configuration. Each kit includes one DRAM memory module and one RGB Filler module, enabling users to achieve both real memory performance and a more complete RGB system aesthetic from the start. Users can begin with a 1+1 configuration (1 DRAM + 1 RGB Filler) and later expand to a 2+2 configuration (2 DRAM + 2 RGB Fillers) as needed, increasing memory capacity while maintaining a full four-DIMM RGB visual presentation on compatible motherboards.

Protected under U.S. Patent No. US 10,285,273 B1, the v-color RGB Filler is built for visual symmetry and synchronized lighting and does not provide additional memory capacity.
Availability
The v-color Manta DDR5 XSky and XFinity 1+1 kits will be available in 16GB and 24GB capacities, each bundled with a matching RGB Filler module through v-color official channels and selected global partners, including Newegg.
